Eligibility:

When creating an account, you agree to:

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Migraine Journey and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any health data, entries, or content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Data & Privacy

9. Account Termination

Your Right to Terminate: You may delete your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms
